The Polverini story begins in the mid-19th century when Ludovico Busilacchio first began manufacturing button accordions with Antonio Polverini. In 1889, Pasquale Ficosecco established the Polverini brand and continued to pass down artisanal knowledge and dedication through the generations. Since then, Polverini continues to produce accordions of exceptional quality, supplying instruments across the world.

The beginning
The history of the Polverini accordion brand dates back to the mid-19th century, in 1860, when Ludovico Busilacchio began manufacturing button accordions in Ancona, Italy. Recognizing the potential for collaboration, Busilacchio enlisted the help of Antonio Polverini in Castelfidardo in 1870, leading to a fruitful partnership.
Crafted with care and passed down with pride - Polverini accordions, a legacy of excellence.
